本文运用模型揭示了房价大幅上涨势态下房地产投资对经济生产的诱发作用,分析了近年房价上涨对消费的挤出影响,并以北京地区为样本进行了实证分析。
In this paper, we use the model to reveal the inductive effect of real estate investment on economic production in the situation of sharply rising housing prices, and analyze the impact of rising housing prices on consumption in recent years. Finally, an empirical study based on Beijing is taken as an example.
