目的了解液晶模组行业工作场所存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出防治关键环节和措施。方法采用现场职业卫生调查和检测检验相结合的方法对职业病危害程度进行分析评价。结果该工作场所的主要职业病危害因素为丙酮、乙酸丁酯、甲基环己烷、乙二醇、正庚烷、乙醇和噪声,现场监测工作场所有害因素浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生标准,合格率为100%。结论该项目职业病防护设施和个人防护用品配备齐全,生产过程中产生的职业病危害可以得到有效控制。
Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases in the workplace of LCD module industry and their harmfulness, and put forward the key steps and measures for prevention and control. Methods The methods of on-the-spot occupational health survey and testing were used to analyze and evaluate the degree of occupational disease hazard. Results The major occupational hazards in the workplace were acetone, butyl acetate, methylcyclohexane, ethylene glycol, n-heptane, ethanol and noise. The concentrations (intensities) of harmful factors in the workplace were all in line with the national occupational health standards , Pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The occupational disease prevention facilities and personal protective equipment are fully equipped in this project, and the occupational hazards arising from the production process can be effectively controlled.
