乳腺癌好发于40~60岁妇女,发病隐匿,早期一般无明显不适,往往容易被忽略,错失最佳治疗时机,确诊时已为晚期[1-3],为患者带来了很大痛苦。血清CA153、CA125和CA199均为肿瘤标志物,我们通过化学发光法对血清CA153、CA125和CA199进行测定,以便研究血清CA153、CA125和CA199的变化,达到尽早诊断乳腺癌的目的,现将结果报告如下。
Breast cancer occurs in women aged 40 to 60, the incidence of occult, the early general absence of obvious discomfort, often easily overlooked, missed the best timing of treatment, has been diagnosed late [1-3], has brought great pain to patients . Serum CA153, CA125 and CA199 are tumor markers, we measured by chemiluminescence CA153, CA125 and CA199 in order to study the changes of serum CA153, CA125 and CA199, to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis of breast cancer, the results are reported as follows.
