LG200冷轧管机由太原重型机器厂设计制造,这是该厂继1965年为成都六五厂研制成功我国首台LG200冷轧管机后的第2台,在性能和技术水平上有较大幅度的完善和提高。1993年7月在制造厂进行了空负荷试车,经检测各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。将很快交付使用厂安装投产。 LG200冷轧管机主要用来生产φ125～φ200mm,壁厚3.5～22mm的薄壁精密无缝钢管和各种有色金属管。管坯尺寸:最大外径φ229mm,最小外径φ140mm,最大壁厚32mm,最大长度6.5m,最小长度2.5m。成品管尺寸:最大外径φ200mm,最小外径φ125mm,最大壁厚22mm,最小壁厚3.5mm。管坯外径最大缩减量为50mm,内径最大缩减量为20mm,对于含碳量0.35％以下的碳素钢,轧制时的最大断面缩减率为80％,最大壁厚缩减率为70％。
