为降低专业化分级散叶收购粉尘浓度,研制出了具有自动收集粉尘作用的分级桌。在2015年开展了集尘式分级桌对不同部位烟叶分级环境的影响试验。结果表明,较常规分级桌而言,在未开增湿、通风设备情况下,集尘式分级桌可降低总粉尘浓度19.9%~30.7%;开启增湿、通风设备情况下,集尘式分级桌可降低总粉尘浓度23.1%~31.3%。因此,集尘式分级桌可大幅降低分级场所总粉尘浓度,可在专业化分级散叶收购区域大力推广。
In order to reduce the concentration of specialized graded scattered leaves, a grading table with automatic dust collection was developed. In 2015, experiments were carried out to test the effect of dust collection table on different grades of tobacco grading environment. The results showed that the dust classification table could reduce the total dust concentration by 19.9% ~ 30.7% compared with the conventional classification table without humidification and ventilation equipment. When the humidification and ventilation equipment was turned on, the dust classification Table can reduce the total dust concentration 23.1% ~ 31.3%. Therefore, the dust-type grading table can significantly reduce the total dust concentration at the classification site, which can be vigorously promoted in the specialized graded scattered leaf purchase area.
