尚德义(1932——)作曲家、音乐教育家。出生于沈阳,童年在甘肃兰州度过。20世纪50年代毕业于北京师范大学音乐系,先后任教于东北师范大学、吉林艺术学院。在接受采访时,尚德义多次提到他是唱着王洛宾的歌长大的。孩童时期的他,哼着“花儿”和藏族、维族的民歌,放声黄河边,兰山下。西北音乐文化传统对其艺术生涯的影响可谓极其深远。正是怀着对第二故乡——兰州的热爱,深感由于经济落后带来的人才外流以及对西北音乐的热情,于1992年毅然决然的回到兰州,
Shang Deyi (1932--) composer, music educator. Born in Shenyang, I spent my childhood in Lanzhou, Gansu. He graduated from the music department of Beijing Normal University in the 1950s and taught at Northeast Normal University and Jilin Art Institute. In an interview, Sunde repeatedly mentioned that he grew up singing Wang Luo Bin’s song.
