过去我在算术教学中,由于有片面追求升学率的思想,对一些认为考学校用不到的知识技能如统计图表之类就少讲,甚至不讲;而对那些考学校要用的知识就大讲特讲,旁征博引,补充很多难题。同时又不从学生实际出发,讲课满堂灌,课外作业多,致使学生学习负担过重,教学效果反而不好,尤其严重的是影响了教育方针的全面贯彻。近来,通过对于党的教育方针和报刊上一些有关文章的学习,在减轻学生负担、改进算术教学方面进行了一些摸索,初步取得了一点成效,情况开始好转。现把我的一些做法和体会简述于下:
