通过研究发现,高速发展的饮食服务行业正处于摸索前进阶段,这些企业在迅速崛起和快速发展的同时,在管理制度上尚未成熟。因而在管理过程中会出现诸多问题,比如,人力资源配置不合理、食品安全问题、政府监管职责疏忽等等,引发这些问题的原因都是值得我们去深思的。本论文以饮食服务业的企业管理现状作为研究内容,通过查阅相关资料和实际寻访,了解现如今餐饮企业管理过程中出现的问题,并结合实际总结出帮助餐饮企业加强管理的方法,汲取经验,总结教训,并提出应对管理方面问题的对策。
Through the research, we found that the fast-growing catering service industry is in a groping stage. These enterprises are not yet mature in management system while they are rapidly emerging and rapidly growing. Therefore, there will be many problems in the management process, such as irrational allocation of human resources, food safety issues, negligence of government regulatory responsibilities and so on. The reasons for these problems are worth pondering. This dissertation takes the status quo of the enterprise management of food service industry as the research content. By referring to relevant information and actual searching, we can understand the problems that appear in the management of the catering industry nowadays, sum up the methods to help the catering industry to strengthen the management, gain experience, Summarize the lessons learned, and propose solutions to managerial issues.
