本文报道了自1981~1993年对杭州至香港中国民航航班及港龙航空公司航班,九大类供机食品卫生监督检验结果及分析。按不同年份,各类食品,不同检验项目以及不同航空公司配餐食品卫生质量分别作了比较。共检供机食品969份,合格535份,不合格434份,总合格率为55.21%。不同食品的合格率比较,共合格率差异较大。
This article reports the results and analysis of nine major types of food hygiene supervision and inspection results from 1981 to 1993 on flights between Hangzhou and Hong Kong, China Civil Aviation and Dragonair flights. According to different years, various types of food, different test items and different airlines catering food hygiene quality were compared respectively. A total of 969 food machines were seized, 535 qualified, 434 unqualified, with a total pass rate of 55.21%. The pass rate of different foods, the total pass rate is quite different.
