邯郸人民广播电台“清晨热线”栏目,从1994年元旦开办至今已8周年。办这栏目的初衷是让广大听众通过热线电话,反映生活、工作、学习等方面遇到的困惑和困难以及他们对党政领导机关、职能服务部门的意见和建议,通过主持人的交流和解答,为听友们解疑释惑,排忧解难。每当早晨7:00,各界听众把电话打进“清晨热线”,并形成了包括普通百姓、各级领导和职能部门在内的较为固定的收听群体。8年来,共接待社会各界人士12万多人次,接到反映问题的热线电话和来信
