面对网络浪潮的强大冲击,有些编辑感觉很难适应这个信息爆炸的环境,究其原因,主要有以下几个方面:一是政策理论水平不高,编辑理念陈旧;二是文字功底、专业知识、实践能力和策划能力较弱;三是信息意识不强等。那么,如何能成为一个网络时代的“复合型编辑”呢?本文结合网络时代的新特点提出了几点粗浅的认识,即一是必须具备较高的政治素养,较强的政策理论水平,崇高的精神境界和良好的职业道德;二是要具备较高的人文素质,时刻注意编辑理念的更新;三是具备扎实的基本功,具有较强的信息意识;四是要具备较强的“网上活动能力”。
