煤矿井下安全是至关重要的,不仅关系到国家财产安全,更重要的是关系到广大矿工的生命安全。井下安全生产的各种信息必须能及时地收集和分析,并且生产调度指令也应能及时传达到井下每一个工作地点,特别是对井下突发事件的及时预报及抢险救灾。目前的有线通信方式对于井下大量的运输、提升等移动生产设备及众多流动人员的管理和调度是无能为力的,因此,建立安全可靠的井下移动通信系统是煤矿安全生产所迫切需要的。
Mine safety is crucial, not only related to national property safety, more importantly, is related to the life and safety of the majority of miners. Mine safety information must be promptly collected and analyzed, and production scheduling instructions should also be promptly communicated to every underground working place, especially for the timely prediction of underground accidents and emergency relief. The present wired communication mode is powerless to the management and scheduling of a large number of mobile production equipment and many mobile workers underground. Therefore, establishing a safe and reliable underground mobile communication system is urgently needed for coal mine safety production.
