本研究以提高网球训练水平为目标,展开了网球训练疲劳的深入分析和研讨,在描述网球训练疲劳产生的内在原因的基础上,提供了科学计划和安排网球训练,注重网球训练的物质补充,采用中医手段进行疲劳恢复,采用积极性休息的策略,确保网球训练后的睡眠质量,合理安排业余休闲活动等方法,希望为有效消除网球训练疲劳,提升网球训练质量和水平有所启发。
