针对高速多级风扇转子出口流场的特点 ,突出追求高频响、小尺寸、高精度、可靠性 ,发展了一种圆柱单孔高频压力探针。借助位移机构和高速数据采集处理系统 ,并在测量过程中实时标定传感器零点和灵敏度 ,成功地直接测出了某高速多级风扇第三级转子出口二维周期性流场。以数据的准确性和精细的分辨率 ,为这个级的修改设计提供了重要的真实流场依据 ,并证明了这种探针、测量和数据处理计算方法及测量系统简单、精细、实用和可靠。
In view of the characteristics of high-speed multi-stage fan rotor flow field, a cylindrical single-hole high-frequency pressure probe has been developed with emphasis on the pursuit of high-frequency response, small size, high accuracy and reliability. With the help of displacement mechanism and high-speed data acquisition and processing system, real-time calibration of sensor zero point and sensitivity in the process of measurement, the two-dimensional periodic flow field at the outlet of the third stage of a high-speed multi-stage fan was successfully measured directly. Accuracy and fine resolution of the data provide important real-flow basis for this level of modified design and demonstrate that this method of computation, measurement and data processing of the probe, measurement and data processing and measurement system is simple, sophisticated, practical and reliable .
