目的探讨稳定的猪到食蟹猴异位小肠移植模型建立方法,为异种小肠移植排斥反应的研究提供良好的实验工具。方法分别以白色杂种猪和食蟹猴做供、受体,采用供体小肠的肠系膜前动、静脉分别与受体肾下腹主动脉和肾下下腔静脉行端侧吻合,供体远、近端肠管结扎的方式建立异种节段性小肠移植模型。结果共行猪到食蟹猴异种节段小肠移植5例,移植肠肠长度为(52.0±5.7)cm,血管吻合成功率为100%,移植肠存活时间为(152±72)min(55~245 min)。结论本研究建立了猪到食蟹猴的异位小肠移植模型,模型稳定,可复性强,为进一步研究转基因猪到食蟹猴小肠移植提供了理想的平台。
Objective To investigate a method for establishing a stable model of ectopic small bowel transplantation in pigs and cynomolgus monkeys and to provide a good experimental tool for the study of rejection of xenotransplanted small bowel transplantation. Methods White hybrid pigs and cynomolgus monkeys were used as donors and recipients. The anterior and mesenteric artery and vein of the donor intestine were respectively anastomosed with the recipient subphrenic abdominal aorta and subrenal inferior vena cava. The donor far and proximal Intestinal ligation of the establishment of different segments of small bowel transplantation model. Results A total of 5 cases of small intestine transplantation from pig to cynomolgus monkey were transplanted. The length of transplanted intestine was (52.0 ± 5.7) cm, the success rate of vascular anastomosis was 100% and the survival time of transplanted intestine was (152 ± 72) min (55 ~ 245 min). Conclusion This study established a model of ectopic small bowel transplantation from pigs to cynomolgus monkeys. The model was stable and reproducible. It provided an ideal platform for further study on transplastomic pigs to small intestine transplantation in cynomolgus monkeys.
