目的建立食品接触纸中荧光增白剂国家标准检测方法。方法当样品有不太明显的蓝色或紫色荧光时,样品中的荧光增白剂用碱性提取溶剂提取,调节提取液为酸性,纱布吸附,在波长365 nm紫外灯照射下测定纱布的荧光强度。结果紫外灯照射法能定性判定样品中高含量的荧光增白剂。纱布吸附结合紫外灯照射法能定性判定样品中低含量的荧光增白剂,排除样品荧光本底或者其他荧光污染物的干扰,荧光增白剂的检出限为10 mg/kg。结论该法适合定性测定食品接触纸中荧光增白剂,操作简单,结果可靠。
Objective To establish a national standard test method for fluorescent whitening agent in food contact paper. Methods When the sample is less obvious blue or purple fluorescence, the sample optical brightener extracted with alkaline extraction solvent, adjust the extract to be acidic, gauze adsorption, in the wavelength of 365 nm UV light irradiation gauze fluorescence strength. Results UV lamp irradiation method can qualitatively determine the high content of fluorescent brightener sample. Gauze adsorption combined with UV lamp irradiation method can qualitatively determine the low content of the sample optical brightener, excluding the interference of the sample fluorescent background or other fluorescent contaminants. The detection limit of the optical brightener is 10 mg / kg. Conclusion This method is suitable for qualitative determination of optical brightener in food contact paper, with simple operation and reliable results.
