目的探讨小儿止咳露(澳特斯)佐治儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效评价。方法选择2006年6月至2007年6月确诊为支气管肺炎住院患儿120例,随机分为小儿止咳露(澳特斯)组60例,对照组60例,治疗疗程均为7d,对治疗后症状、体征消失时间以及治愈率进行比较。结果治疗组治愈率,咳嗽消失、缓解喘憋及缩短肺部罗音时间均明显优于对照组。仅2.0%患儿有轻度恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结论小儿止咳露(澳特斯)是一种适用于各年龄期小儿支气管肺炎的安全有效的止咳化痰药,价格便宜,经济有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of children cough syrup (OTS) adjuvant bronchopneumonia in children. Methods A total of 120 hospitalized children diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia from June 2006 to June 2007 were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases in children cough syrup group (60 cases) and 60 cases in control group (treatment group) for 7 days. After treatment Symptoms, signs of disappearance of time and cure rates were compared. Results The cure rate, disappearance of cough, alleviation of wheezing and shortening of pulmonary rales were all significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Only 2.0% of children with mild nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions. Conclusion Pediatric cough syrup is a safe and effective antitussive and expectorant for children with bronchial pneumonia of various ages, which is cheap, cost effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
