通过对江苏省主栽粳稻品种和参加1995~1996年度中粳区域试验品系的品质分析表明,综合指标能达二级优质米标准的品种只有一个。除外观品质外,95%以上的品种(系)的加工品质、理化品质都已达部颁二级优质米标准。主要问题是外观品质欠佳,垩白度、垩白率指标偏高。其改良措施应在广泛征集国内外优质稻种资源的基础上,结合杂交育种和现代育种方法,对杂交后代外观品质进行早代选择,协调好高产与优质的矛盾。杂交粳稻的品质改良应特别注重优质不育系的转育和利用。
Through the quality analysis of the main cultivars of japonica rice in Jiangsu Province and participating in the middle-late japonica rice test strains from 1995 to 1996, it shows that there is only one cultivar with the comprehensive index up to the second-grade high-quality rice standard. In addition to the appearance of quality, more than 95% of the varieties (lines) processing quality, physical and chemical quality have reached the ministerial two high-quality rice standards. The main problem is the appearance of poor quality, chalky, high chalkiness rate indicators. The improvement measures should be based on the extensive collection of high-quality rice resources at home and abroad, combined with hybrid breeding and modern breeding methods, to select the early generations of hybrids appearance quality, and to coordinate the contradiction between high yield and high quality. The quality improvement of japonica hybrid rice should pay special attention to the breeding and utilization of high quality CMS lines.
