目的:建立蒙药胡日查六味丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长403 nm,柱温30℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在70~420 ng呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率99.27%,RSD0.86%。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,适合羟基红花黄色素A类样品的分析测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Mongolian medicine Hu Ri Chaoliu Wei Wan. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) was used as the separation column and methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution (26:2:72) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1, detection wavelength 403 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between hydroxysafflor yellow A and 70 ~ 420 ng (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.27% and RSD 0.86%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow type A samples.
