人文素养是公安民警应当具备的一种职业素质,但亦是薄弱环节。公安机关应认真反思,运用相应手段尽其所能地加强对民警人文素养的培育,以实现队伍的可持续发展。对于民警人文素养的培育,应当从公安工作的职业特点出发,切实把握当下民警的思想脉搏,对民警加以灌输、教育和引导。
Humane accomplishment is a kind of professional quality police should have, but it is also a weak link. Public security organs should conscientiously reflect on the use of appropriate means to do their best to strengthen the cultivation of civilian cultural awareness in order to achieve the sustainable development of the team. For cultivating the humane quality of civilian police, starting from the professional characteristics of public security work, we must earnestly grasp the current pulse of the police and infuse, educate and guide the police.
