正常生理状态下血液中TXA_2和PGI_2的浓度处于相对平衡,当平衡失调时易发生血小板聚集和血栓形成等多种疾病。FXA_2是由血小板微粒体合成并释放出的一种生物活性物质,具有强烈的促血小板聚集和引起血管收缩的作用,其半衰期为30秒,迅速代谢为无活性的TXB_2。PGI_2是由血管壁内皮细胞合成和释放出的一种具有抗血小板聚集和扩张血管效应的物质,其半衰期约为2~3分钟,很快水解为稳定的6K-PGFI_α。故测定血浆TXB_2和6K-PGFI_α可作为判断TXA_2和PGI_2水平的指标。

PGI_2 is synthesized and released by vascular wall endothelial cells with anti-platelet aggregation and dilatation of vascular effects of substances, the half-life of about 2 to 3 minutes, quickly hydrolyzed to stable 6K-PGFI_α. Therefore, the determination of plasma TXB_2 and 6K-PGFI_α can be used as indicators to determine the level of TXA_2 and PGI_2.
