目的 建立胎儿小脑组织中生物必需微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn的分析方法。方法 样品经HNO3 +H2 O2 微波消解体系消解后 ,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法ICP -AES ,同时测定Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn含量。结果 元素的检出限分别在 0 0 0 0 7mg/L~ 0 0 3mg/L之间 ;线性良好 ,线性相关系数均≥ 0 999;重现性好 ,变异系数RSD >2 % ;准确度高 ,回收率在 93 7%~ 116 1%之间 ,用猪肝GBW0 85 5 1及人发GBW0 76 0 1标样质控 ,分析结果与标准值吻合。样品分析结果显示Cu、Mn呈正态分布 ,Fe、Zn呈正偏态分布。结论 本法快速灵敏 ,精密度及准确度均符合要求 ,结果令人满意
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace elements Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in fetal cerebellum. Methods The samples were digested with HNO3 + H2 O2 microwave digestion system, and the content of Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ICP-AES. The results showed that the detection limits of the elements were between 0 0 0 0 7mg / L and 0 0 3mg / L, respectively. The linearity was good and the linear correlation coefficients were all 0 999. The reproducibility was good with the coefficient of variation RSD> 2% , The recoveries ranged from 93 7% to 116 1%. The quality control of GBW0 85 5 1 and GBW076 0 1 were consistent with the standard values. The results of sample analysis showed that Cu and Mn showed normal distribution while that of Fe and Zn showed a positive skewness distribution. Conclusion This method is fast and sensitive, the precision and accuracy meet the requirements and the results are satisfactory
