目的研究分析综合医院门诊护理人员的工作特点与护理管理措施。方法收集近年来国内关于综合医院门诊护理的相关文献资料,结合笔者近年来的相关工作经历以及对一些综合医院门诊部的相关管理情况的调查结果,浅析当下综合医院门诊护理人员的工作特点以及相关的护理管理措施。结果当下各综合医院均有存在门诊护理人员工作量大,心理负担重,人员技术水平与综合素质参差不齐等相关现状。结论医院门诊护理管理应该首先优化其管理制度,同时也需要不断对相关从业人员进行培训,以提高相关人员的专业水平与综合素质。
Objective To study and analyze the work characteristics and nursing management measures of outpatient nurses in general hospitals. Methods Collecting the domestic literature on outpatient care in general hospitals in recent years, combining the author’s relevant work experience in recent years and the survey results on the management of outpatient departments in some general hospitals, and the characteristics of current nursing staff in general hospitals Related nursing management measures. The results of the current general hospital there are outpatient nurses heavy workload, psychological burden, staff skills and the overall quality is uneven and so on the status quo. Conclusion Hospital outpatient nursing management should first optimize its management system, but also need to continue to train relevant practitioners in order to improve the professional level of relevant personnel and overall quality.
