目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视的疗效。方法用准分子激光机和自动微型板层角膜刀对357眼进行LASIK术。在PRK参数基础上,根据患者的年龄、职业、近视度做适当调整,保留角膜厚度250μm以上。结果随访1年~2年,平均15月。屈光度矫正率:中低度组105.3%,高度组99%,超高度组86.4%,无严重并发症。结论LASIK适合治疗各种不同屈光度的近视,在超高度近视由于角膜厚度的限制,其疗效稍差。
Objective To investigate the effect of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) on myopia. Methods 357 eyes underwent LASIK with excimer laser and auto-microkeratome. Based on the PRK parameters, according to the patient’s age, occupation, myopia to make appropriate adjustments to keep the corneal thickness of 250μm or more. The results were followed up for 1 year to 2 years, an average of 15 months. Diopter correction rate: 105.3% in the low group, 99% in the height group, and 86.4% in the ultra-high group, with no serious complication. Conclusion LASIK is suitable for the treatment of various myopia with different diopters. The super-high myopia is less effective because of the limitation of corneal thickness.
