用高丰度~(12)C合成的金刚石,其导热性和电绝缘性远优于天然金刚石,在高新技术领域内有重要用途。在诸多浓缩~(12)C方法中,气体离心法有独特优势。选择合适的工质,解决供、取料等技术关键后,用单台离心机进行了分离试验。优化离心分离中的内、外参量、选取合适的机械驱动量、热驱动量、滞留量及工况参数,提高了单机分离效率,找出了单机在级联中的优化工作状态。用离心机级联,获得了高丰度的~(12)C。
With high abundance ~ (12) C synthetic diamond, its thermal conductivity and electrical insulation far superior to natural diamond, in the field of high-tech has important uses. In many concentrated ~ (12) C method, the gas centrifugal method has unique advantages. Select the appropriate working fluid, to solve the supply, take the key technology, with a single centrifuge were tested. Optimize the internal and external parameters of centrifugal separation, select the appropriate amount of mechanical drive, thermal drive, retention and operating parameters to improve the stand-alone separation efficiency, to find the stand-alone in the cascade of the optimal working conditions. Cascade with a centrifuge, obtained a high abundance of ~ (12) C.
