综述了光腔衰荡高反射率测量技术的发展历史和国内外最新研究进展,给出了各种光腔衰荡技术的原理,分析了相应的优缺点以及用于高反射率测量的现状。主要包括脉冲光腔衰荡、相移光腔衰荡、窄谱连续光腔衰荡和自混合光腔衰荡技术。
The history of the development of high reflectivity measurement technology of cavity ring-down and the recent research progress at home and abroad are reviewed. The principle of various optical cavity ring-down techniques is presented. The corresponding advantages and disadvantages as well as the status quo for high-reflectivity measurement are analyzed. Including pulsed cavity ring down, phase shift cavity ring down, narrowband continuous cavity ring down and self-mixing cavity ring-down.
