李瑞清,号梅庵,是我国近代著名的教育家、书画家,著名国画大师张大千就是他的得意门生。抚州名书法家李钟乾也是他的一名弟子。李钟乾深知老师爱品尝佳肴,一心要为老师做一道从没吃过的菜,让老师高兴高兴。经过反复推敲,多次试验,他终于创造出一道美味佳肴。于是,他兴冲冲地上街买了几斤上等牛肚,来到老师家,要求亲自下厨。不一会儿,他就将一碗热气腾腾的红烧牛肚摆在李瑞清的面前。李瑞清忙问:“这是什么菜?”李钟乾笑而不答。李瑞清见学生神秘的样子,便尝了起来,顿觉口感嫩滑,味道鲜美。自此,李瑞清先生“患”上了“红烧牛肚瘾”。

Since then, Mr. Li Ruiqing “suffering ” on “braised triad addiction ”.
