日前,国家质检总局发布公告,批准对江西婺源绿茶实施地理标志产品保护,保护范围为婺源县现辖行政区域。婺源是“中国绿茶金三角”核心产区之一,产茶历史悠久,婺源绿茶品质优异,以其香味醇厚,美味爽口而久负盛名,在全国的有机茶中,婺源绿茶的出口量和出口创汇额都名列前茅。2006年,婺源县制订了《婺源绿茶》系列江西省地方标准,结束了婺源绿茶生产缺少统一标准的历史,使婺源绿茶产品的总体质量得到保障。
