算法多样化,已经不是展示教师想法的舞台,而是学生表演的天堂。学生在民主和谐的氛围中,自由挥洒自己的聪明,寻找解决问题的路径,展示自己个性的思维过程。但是课堂中,授课教师不可能了解所有学生的想法,而“课堂观察”这一手段,让观察者可以清楚地了解某个学生的思维全过程。为观察者提供可供参考的个案。[案例]:新世纪版第四版教材一年级下册,《十几减9》。2015年3月26日,某学校一年某班。
The diversity of algorithms is no longer a showcase for teachers’ ideas, but a paradise for student performances. Students in a democratic and harmonious atmosphere, free to sway their wisdom, find the path to solve the problem, to demonstrate their own personality thinking process. However, in class, it is impossible for instructors to understand the ideas of all students, and “classroom observation” means that observers can clearly understand the whole process of a student’s thinking.
