经过周密筹备,民航空管系统首次招投标工作研讨会于7月19日～21日在烟台召开。本次会议是在空管系统招投标工作刚刚起步的背景下召开的。会议由民总局空管局招投标办公室主办,参加会议的有民航总局招投标办公室、总局空管局、地区空管局和有关公司的代表。总局空管局吕小平副局长主持会议并作了重要指示,要求各级空管部门一要提高认识,充分认识到招投标工作的重要性和必要性,正确对待并大力支持招投标工作;二要落实组织机构,健全招投标管理
After careful preparation, the first civil aviation ATC system bidding seminar was held in Yantai from July 19 to 21. The meeting was held on the background of the beginning of the bidding process for ATC system. The meeting was sponsored by the bidding and tendering office of the General Administration of Civil Aviation Administration of China. At the meeting, there were Civil Aviation Administration bidding offices, the General Administration of Taxation, the regional air traffic control authorities and the representatives of the relevant companies.
