从实例出发 ,详细描述了某国有大中型制造企业转变经营机制 ,适应市场需要的做法和经验。该企业把引进现代管理机制和现代信息技术结合起来 ,模拟市场行为 ,在企业内部实行定单生产方式 ,用需求拉动生产。同时运用 MRP 、JIT管理方法 ,自行开发定单生产计划计算机辅助管理系统 ,大大提高生产效率 ,降低生产成本 ,缩短上市时间。最后 ,讨论了系统实施的经验、当前存在的问题和进一步努力的方向
Starting from an example, it describes in detail the practices and experiences of a state-owned large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in transforming its management mechanism and meeting the needs of the market. The enterprise combines the introduction of modern management mechanism and modern information technology to simulate market behavior, implement order production mode within the enterprise and stimulate production with demand. At the same time using MRP, JIT management methods to develop orders for production planning computer-aided management system, greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production costs and shorten the time to market. Finally, we discuss the experience of system implementation, the current problems and the direction of further efforts
