不同脱敏剂对楔状缺损修复效果影响的观察

目的:观察不同脱敏剂对楔状缺损修复效果的影响。方法:选择楔状缺损伴牙本质过敏症72例,患牙147颗,随机分为Gluma组、极固宁组及对照组各49颗。Gluma组采用Gluma脱敏剂涂抹于牙齿缺损面,干燥后涂布自酸蚀粘结剂,并用固化灯照射,以3M树脂充填缺损面;极固宁组采用极固宁涂布于缺损面,之后充填缺损面,方法同Gluma组;对照组采用常规自酸蚀复合树脂充填法,直接充填牙齿缺损面。观察3组术后牙本质过敏症状改善情况及术后60天内补料脱落发生情况。结果:Gluma组牙本质过敏症状明显缓解45颗,占91.8%;极固宁组为39颗,占79.6%;对照组为40颗,占81.6%。3组牙本质过敏症状缓解率两两比较,均差异不显著(P>0.05)。Gluma组发生补料脱落4颗,占8.2%;极固宁组为23颗,占46.9%;对照组为6颗,占12.2%。Gluma组补料脱落率与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);极固宁组与对照组和Gluma组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:自酸蚀粘结剂联合光固化复合树脂修复楔状缺损前使用Gluma脱敏剂,对自酸蚀粘结剂的粘结强度略有增强,但影响不显著,补料固位力良好;使用极固宁脱敏剂,可使自酸蚀粘结剂的粘结强度显著降低,补料固位力差。 Objective: To observe the effect of different desensitizers on the effect of wedge-shaped defect repair. Methods: Seventy-two patients with wedge-shaped defect and dentin hypersensitivity were selected and 147 teeth were randomly divided into Gluma group, Geganning group and control group. The Gluma group was treated with Gluma desensitizer applied to the tooth defect surface, dried and coated with self-etching adhesive and irradiated with a curing lamp to fill the defect surface with 3M resin. After filling the defect surface, the same method with the Gluma group; control group using conventional self-etching composite resin filling method, filling the tooth defect surface. The improvement of postoperative dentin hypersensitivity and the occurrence of exfoliation of materials within 60 days after operation were observed. Results: In the Gluma group, the number of dentinal hypersensitivity was significantly relieved by 45, accounting for 91.8%; 39 in the Zhuguangning group, accounting for 79.6%; and 40 in the control group, accounting for 81.6%. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the two groups in the alleviating rate of dentin hypersensitivity. In the Gluma group, there were 4 shedding of materials, accounting for 8.2%, 23 in the Zhuguangning group, accounting for 46.9%, and 6 in the control group, accounting for 12.2%. Glucose group fed-off rate compared with the control group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05); the polar group Guiding and the control group and Gluma group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Gluma desensitizer before the wedge - shaped defect repaired by self - etching adhesive and light - curing composite resin has a slight increase on the bond strength of the self - etching adhesive, but the effect is not significant, and the feed retention is good. The use of very Ning Ning desensitizer, self-etching adhesive can significantly reduce the bond strength, feed retention is poor.
