目的:在急诊科患者中开展优质护理。方法:急诊就诊的患者护士首先观察了解患者急于想解决的问题,给予最大可能的帮助。结果:在急诊患者中开展优质护理,使患者的问题得到了相应的解决,明显减少了医患纠纷,提高了患者对护士的满意度。结论:加强护士业务素质培训,促进优质护理水平提高,是急诊科减少了医患纠纷的重要方式。
Purpose: To develop quality care in emergency department patients. Methods: Emergency nurses first observed that the patient is anxious to solve the problem, give the greatest possible help. Results: The quality of care in emergency patients, the patient’s problem has been resolved accordingly, significantly reducing the doctor-patient disputes and improve patient satisfaction with nurses. Conclusion: Strengthening nurses’ professional quality training and promoting the improvement of quality nursing are important ways to reduce disputes between doctors and patients in emergency department.
