目的 :探讨细胞凋亡、ER、p53及 Bcl- 2基因产物表达在人类乳腺癌中的生物学意义。方法 :对 86例乳腺癌和 2 4例乳腺良性病变行细胞凋亡检测 ( TUNEL法 )和 p53、Bcl- 2、ER的免疫组化染色 ( S- P法 )。结果 :细胞凋亡水平与 Bcl- 2、ER的表达和淋巴结转移 ;p53表达与组织学分级和 ER的表达 ;Bcl- 2表达与组织学分级和患者的生存期差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5)。细胞凋亡和 p53、Bcl- 2基因产物在乳腺良、恶性病变之间差异有显著性。结论 :细胞凋亡水平高者 ,Bcl- 2基因产物表达亦高 ,患者预后较好。而 p53基因产物表达低者 ,患者生存期亦长。细胞凋亡和 p53、Bcl- 2基因产物在乳腺良、恶性病变之间差异有显著性。检测细胞调亡和 p53、Bcl- 2对判断乳腺癌的预后有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the biological significance of apoptosis, ER, p53 and Bcl-2 gene product expression in human breast cancer. METHODS: Apoptosis detection (TUNEL method) and p53, Bcl-2, ER immunohistochemical staining (S-P method) were performed on 86 cases of breast cancer and 24 cases of benign breast lesions. Results: Apoptosis and Bcl-2, ER expression and lymph node metastasis; p53 expression and histological grade and ER expression; Bcl-2 expression and histological grade and patient survival were significantly different (P<0 .0 5). Apoptosis and p53 and Bcl-2 gene products were significantly different between breast benign and malignant lesions. Conclusion: The high level of apoptosis in Bcl-2 gene product is also high, and the prognosis is better. The low expression of p53 gene product also has a long survival time. Apoptosis and p53 and Bcl-2 gene products were significantly different between breast benign and malignant lesions. Detection of apoptosis and p53, Bcl-2 are important for judging the prognosis of breast cancer.
