1987年6月,我们在黄沙坪镇作“人体寄生虫分布调查”时,镜检大便发现疑似粉螨卵者3例,后又在大便钩虫幼虫培养管中检出粉螨若虫。为排除肠道外污染,我们作了严格消毒的复查。共发现粉螨患者3例,其中男性2例,女性1例,年龄为11～40岁。3例患者均有腹痛、腹泻、恶心、纳差、乏力及逐渐消瘦等临床表现。并有喜食糖、果类、副食品等习惯,且不讲究卫生,误食带螨的食物而造成的感染。现将一典型病例作简要介绍。 患者,男,11岁,安化县田庄乡人。自述近3个月来常感疲乏无力、睡眠欠佳、日趋消瘦、肤色渐黄、腹部隐痛、轻微腹泻(2～3次/d),无脓血便。既往体健,无其他病史。有喜吃白糖、副食及果类食品习惯。6月8日粪便镜检发现疑似粉螨虫卵,13日在大便钩虫幼虫培养管中检出粉螨若虫。于7月17日复查,清洗消毒患儿臀部周围皮肤及器 In June 1987, when we conducted a survey on the distribution of human parasites in Huangshaping Town, we found 3 cases of suspected powder mite eggs in the stool examination, and then detected the powder mite nymphs in the culture tube of the larvae of hookworm.
