根据红外导引头研制和生产中电子舱测试验证的需要,设计了红外导引头电子舱实时闭环测试系统。系统通过对目标、干扰弹、红外背景和探测器噪声等建模来逼真模拟测试信号,然后用PCI AO卡将该信号输入电子舱,由PCI AI卡采集电子舱处理后输出的跟踪信号并发送到上位机模型,实现了闭环测试。重点阐述了如何使用多线程和DMA软硬件结合方法提高系统实时性,以解决逼真模拟测试信号带来的系统耗时增加的问题。系统的实时性验证表明,提高实时性后,系统平均耗时减少了2.8 ms,满足电子舱实时测试需求。
According to the need of electronic cabin test and verification in the research and manufacture of infrared seeker, a real-time closed-loop test system of electronic cabin of infrared seeker is designed. The system simulates the test signal by modeling the target, jammer, infrared background and detector noise, and then inputs the signal into the electronic cabin by using the PCI AO card. The PCI AI card collects the tracking signal output by the electronic cabin and sends it To the host computer model, to achieve a closed-loop test. This article focuses on how to improve the real-time performance of the system by using a combination of multi-thread and DMA hardware and software to solve the problem of time-consuming system caused by realistic analog test signals. Real-time verification of the system shows that, after real-time improvement, the average system time is reduced by 2.8 ms to meet the real-time test requirements of the electronic cabin.
