为了对激光起爆系统(LDI)在低温下的可靠性进行评估,对双路LDI系统及各器件性能开展了温度试验和起爆试验研究。通过激光起爆器感度试验,得到对应20℃和-40℃时0.95置信水平下99.9%发火可靠度的激光能量值分别为0.783mJ和0.747mJ。在-40~20℃,对半导体激光器和光传输系统在低温下的特性进行了研究,分析得到了数值拟合经验公式。通过拟合公式计算得到每路激光起爆器上的发火能量值,进而得到LDI系统的发火裕度大于3。采用低温发火试验,验证了双路激光起爆系统可在低温下正常发火,具有较高的设计裕度。
In order to evaluate the reliability of laser detonation system (LDI) at low temperature, the temperature test and detonation test of dual LDI system and its performance were carried out. Through laser detonator sensitivity test, the laser energy values corresponding to 99.9% ignition reliability at 0.95 confidence level at 20 ℃ and -40 ℃ are 0.783mJ and 0.747mJ, respectively. At -40 ~ 20 ℃, the characteristics of the semiconductor laser and the optical transmission system at low temperature were studied, and the empirical formula of numerical fitting was obtained. The firing energy value of each laser detonator is calculated by the fitting formula, and the fire margin of the LDI system is greater than 3. The low-temperature ignition test is used to verify that the dual-laser ignition system can fire normally at low temperature and has a high design margin.
