Article 1 The present Measures shall be formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the “Water Law of the People’s Republic of China” and other relevant laws and regulations in the province in light of their actual conditions. Article 2 These Measures are applicable to the development, utilization, conservation, protection and management of water resources in the administrative areas of the province and the prevention and control of water damage.
