探索黄芩中酚性甙类对小鼠颌下腺放射损伤的防护作用。方法 :黄芩水提液酸化保温 (80℃ )50min。滤去析出的黄芩酮类 (FSBG) ,水溶液用经典分离得主要有效成分为酚性甙类沉淀物 (I)。用60Co3 5Gy一次全身照射NIH雌性小鼠 ,照前35~45min每鼠腹腔注射(I)1 2g/Kg ,并设单纯放射组和空白对照组。分别于放射后13~17d解剖小鼠取其颌下腺称重并作电镜切片比较各组差异。实验重复3次。结果 :每次实验结果均显示照射前给小鼠腹腔注射 (I)对放射引起的颌下腺损伤有显著防护作用 ,表现为颌下腺重量和单放组有显著差异和电镜下超微结构的差异。结论 :黄芩中酚性甙类对小鼠颌下腺的放射损伤有防护作用 ,并为黄芩在临床中应用于腮腺放射性损伤防护提供依据
To explore the protective effect of phenolic terpenes from Radix Astragali on radiation injury of submandibular gland in mice. Method: Astragalus membranaceus water extract acidification and heat preservation (80°C) 50min. The precipitating flavone (FSBG) was filtered off. The aqueous solution was separated and the main active ingredient was a phenolic terpenoid precipitate (I). A single dose of 60Co3 5Gy was used to irradiate the NIH female mice. The mice were intraperitoneally injected (I) 1 2g/Kg 35-45 min before irradiation. The radiotherapy group and blank control group were used. The mice were dissected and the submandibular glands were weighed and excised for electron microscopy at 13 to 17 days after irradiation to compare the differences between groups. The experiment was repeated three times. RESULTS: The results of each experiment showed that the mice were injected intraperitoneally before irradiation (I), and there was a significant protective effect on radiation-induced submandibular gland injury. The submandibular gland weight was significantly different from that in the radiotherapy group and the ultrastructure under electron microscope was different. Conclusion : Phenolic hydrazines in Astragalus membranaceus have protective effects on radiation damage to submandibular gland in mice and provide basis for the application of Astragalus membranaceus in radiation injury prevention of parotid glands in clinic
