对无环鸟苷和鸟嘌呤的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)分离测定条件进行了详细研究,建立了以2-氨基-5-巯基-3,4-噻二唑为内标的快速、灵敏的HPCE定量分析方法。当无环鸟苷和鸟嘌呤的浓度分别在10~300mg/L和5~300mg/L范围时,可进行定量分析,最低检出限分别为8.52mg/L和2.80mg/L。该方法用于无环鸟苷产品的质量检测,结果准确。用于尿液中的无环鸟苷和鸟嘌呤的快速测定,相对标准偏差小于4.5%。无环鸟苷和鸟嘌呤的回收率分别优于81%和86%。
The conditions for the high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) separation of acyclovir and guanine were studied in detail.
