以茼蒿干粉为试材,设置0、MIC、EC50和MFC 4种浓度,通过测定培养液的电导率、菌丝中总糖含量、蛋白质含量、核酸泄露以及菌丝干湿样质量的变化,研究了茼蒿提取液对西瓜枯萎病菌抑制作用的影响。结果表明:加入茼蒿提取物的菌悬液电导率明显增大,其中浓度为EC50时的液体培养基中相对电导率最大,达到0.27mS·cm-1;菌丝总糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均下降。此外,菌丝生物量也明显下降,MFC处理下湿样质量较对照减少64.34%,干样质量较对照减少78.63%。
