目的观察护理品管圈活动在降低新生儿皮肤受损率中的应用效果。方法通过2013年6月~12月新生儿科成立品管圈小组,对本院新生儿科目前的护理质量进行分析,确定降低新生儿皮肤受损率为活动主题,按照品管圈的十大步骤进行质量控制。结果开展品管圈活动后新生儿皮肤受损率明显低于活动前,由原来的20.3%降低到9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过开展品管圈活动,可降低新生儿皮肤受损率。
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing product pipe loop in reducing neonatal skin damage. Methods A quality control circle group was established in the Department of Neonatology between June and December 2013 to analyze the present nursing quality of neonates in our hospital and determine the theme of reducing the rate of skin damage in neonates. According to the ten steps of quality control circle QC. Results The rate of skin damage in newborns was significantly lower than that of before exercise, from 20.3% to 9%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion After conducting QC activities, it can reduce the rate of neonatal skin damage.
