目的研究急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)患者血小板膜糖蛋白的变化以指导临床抗血小板活化药物治疗。方法分组包括急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)组,急性一氧化碳中毒高压氧(ACOP+HBO)组,正常对照组。HBO组由ACOP组中接受HBO综合治疗达10d以上的患者组成。ACOP组在来院后即刻采血,ACOP+HBO组在治疗第3天、第7天、第10天3次晨8时空腹采血,对照组晨8时分别空腹采血2ml,迅速送检,用流式细胞仪检测血小板膜糖蛋白CD63,PAC-Ⅰ和CD62p的表达。结果ACOP组来院后即刻血小板膜糖蛋白CD63,PACⅠ和CD62p的表达水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。ACOP+HBO组CD63和CD62p表达减少,PAC-Ⅰ有下降趋势。结论ACOP可显著增加CD63,PAC-Ⅰ和CD62p在血小板膜上的表达,且CD63和PAC-Ⅰ在一段间內将维持较高水平崾続COP后抗血小板活化治疗在临床症状缓解后应继续进行一段时间。
Objective To study the changes of platelet membrane glycoprotein in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP) to guide clinical antiplatelet drugs. Methods: Acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP) group, acute hyperbaric carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP + HBO) group and normal control group were included. The HBO group consisted of patients receiving HBO for more than 10 days in the ACOP group. Blood samples were drawn from the ACOP group immediately after admission to the hospital. Blood samples were taken from the ACOP + HBO group on the 3rd, 7th, and 10th days of the third day of 8th morning for fasting blood samples, and fasting blood samples were collected from the control group at 8:00 am. Cytometry platelet membrane glycoprotein CD63, PAC-Ⅰ and CD62p expression. Results The expression levels of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD63, PACⅠ and CD62p in ACOP group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). ACOP + HBO group CD63 and CD62p expression decreased, PAC-I have a downward trend. Conclusion ACOP can significantly increase the expression of CD63, PAC-Ⅰ and CD62p on platelet membrane, and CD63 and PAC-Ⅰ will maintain a high level in a period. 抗 崾 抗 The antiplatelet activation after COP should be continued after the clinical symptoms are relieved For some time.
