蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗急性心肌梗塞的临床观察(附14例报告)

将28例急性心肌梗塞病人随机分为两组进行比较治疗。其中Ⅰ组(14例)应用蝮蛇抗栓酶(SAI);Ⅱ组(14例)应用极化液及扩冠脉药。治疗结果表明:两组病胸痛消失和ST段复位至基线的平均治疗时间,分别为2.1天(Ⅰ组为4.4天)和6.6天(Ⅱ组为16天),有明显的差异(P<0.05)。作者认为蝮蛇抗栓酶是治疗心肌梗塞安全而有效的药物。 28 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups for comparative treatment. Group Ⅰ (14 cases) applied viper antithrombinase (SAI); group Ⅱ (14 cases) applied the polar liquid and coronary artery. The treatment results showed that the average treatment time of disappearance of chest pain and the return of ST segment to baseline in the two groups were 2.1 days (group I, 4.4 days) and 6.6 days (group II, 16 days), with significant differences (P <0.05 ). The authors believe viper antithrombin is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
