幽门癌是指发生在幽门括约肌至幽门口一段长2—4 cm管腔范围内的癌,临床少见。我院从1974～1984年,经胃镜、病理确诊46例,今就其临床及胃镜下特征井早期诊断予以探讨。
Pyloric cancer is cancer that occurs within a 2-4 cm long lumen from the pyloric sphincter to the pyloric portal and is rare in clinical settings. In our hospital from 1974 to 1984, 46 cases were diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology. The clinical and endoscopic diagnosis of characteristic wells is now being explored.
