绩效考核是我国公立医院改革的重要组成部份,对加强医院内部管理,调动医务人员的积极性起着重要作用,本文对甘肃省金昌市基层公立医院绩效考核运行过程进行了调查分析,以期发现存在的问题,并提出解决方案和建议。
