该文针对某航空液压柱塞泵壳体铸件,在浇铸过程中经常出现气孔、疏松、夹渣等冶金缺陷,造成机械性能、气密性能达不到设计要求的问题。从产品结构、模具设计、工艺方法等方面进行分析,找出产生这些缺陷的原因。根据缺陷产生的原因对模具结构、工艺方法进行改进和调整,并进行试生产验证。通过验证,解决了上述缺陷问题,使壳体铸件的冶金合格率得到大幅的提高,机械性能和气密性能等满足了设计要求。
In this paper, aero-hydraulic piston pump shell castings, often in the casting process pores, porosity, slag and other metallurgical defects, resulting in mechanical properties, tightness performance of less than the design requirements. From the product structure, mold design, process methods and other aspects of analysis to identify the causes of these defects. According to the reasons for defects on the mold structure, process methods to improve and adjust, and trial production verification. Through the verification, the above defects are solved, the metallurgical qualification rate of the shell casting is greatly improved, and the mechanical performance and the airtightness meet the design requirements.
