这是我园小班年级组以课例为载体推进教学研究的一次尝试。它以“一课三研,连环实践反思”的教研方式,以上海市二期课改小班新教材《苹果和桔子》这一主题中的《小乌龟看爷爷》素材点为载体,试图通过组织小班教师在这一教学活动全过程中的实践反思、伙伴合作、专家引领,学会互动式研讨,学习理论,感悟理念,以促进新课程的实施和教师在转变教育观念后的教育行为跟进和教育技能提高,促进青年教师的专业化成长。
