一、实施背景我校是一所农村乡镇学校,由于距市区较近,大量成绩优秀的学生转到了城内条件较优越的学校就读,造成了学生中成绩好的学生寥寥无几,再加之学生学习英语和条件及重视程度的不同,有些农村家长对学生学习的重视程度不够,使部分学生过早失去了学习英语的兴趣,过早产生了厌学英语的情绪,造成了学生学习成绩良莠不齐,给进一步英语教学带来了困难。针对这一现状,如何提高学生的学习兴趣与成绩,成为教师所面临的当务之急。
