小学生认知能力虽然较差,但是他们有着很强的动手欲望。相比于面对抽象的数学知识,他们更愿意参与到操作活动中,并且还能乐此不疲。教师应该抓住学生的这个特点,有效地组织学生动手操作。开展操作活动,教师需要有效把控各个环节,精心准备。这样才能有条不紊地开展操作活动,发挥其在教学中的作用。我根据多年的教学经验,就如何利用操作活动提高学生的动手能力,培养学生的创新意识展开论述。精心准备操作过程——使操作有的放矢
Although poor pupils cognitive ability, but they have a strong desire to start.
